Immunohistochemical Detection of Pro-Inflammatory and Anti-Inflammatory Interleukins in the Lungs of Sheep with Jaagsiekte

Objective: In this study, it was aimed to evaluate the levels of interleukins such as IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10 and IL-12β in Jaagsiekte sheep by immunohistochemical methods. way, will be revealed whether are effective progression how useful they diagnosis disease. 
 Material-Method: The material current study consisted lung tissues 26 (Control, n=6 Jaagsiekte, n=20) brought Department Pathology for routine histopathological diagnosis. Tissue samples taken were fixed 10% buffered formaldehyde solution. 5 µm-thick sections from paraffin blocks prepared after tissue follow-up procedures. Hematoxylin & Eosin staining applied order detect changes. Sections examined photographed under a light microscope. streptavidin–biotin peroxidase complex method used. Results: with tumoral foci large small acinar or papillary growths observed alveolar bronchiole lumens. control group negative immunoreactivity. IL 1β-6-10 12β dramatically increased compared group. Conclusion: It determined that produced cells tumor microenvironment elements, these showed pro-inflammatory effects, except IL-10. Data show very markers Jaagsiekte.
